I had understood that DRM_I915_GEM_EXECBUFFER was considered deprecated.
I will fix this mistake on next spin.

I had thought that DRM_i915_GEM_EXECBUFFER2_WR is needed in order to return an out fence to
user space (Mesa/i965 uses it for the out fence) What is the recommended way to do out fence? Or
is the way for user space to do synchro's a different way than fences? I will also fix this in the next
spin.
