[Intel-gfx] [PATCH i-g-t 3/3] lib/igt_dummyload: Send batch as first

To simplify emitting the recursive batch, make batch
always the first object on the execbuf list.
v2: set handles early, poll_ptr indecency (Chris)
v3: allow dep with poll
