[Intel-gfx] [BACKPORT 4.14.y 0/8] Candidates from Spreadtrum 4.14 product kernel

With Arnd's script [1] help, I found some bugfixes in Spreadtrum 4.14 product
kernel, but missing in v4.14.141:
