Ah, this got inlined here. Seems ok. But I'd probably follow
up with s/intel/i9xx/ renamed for the pre-skl function.

Ditto here I guess. Though until the sprite code moves into
i9xx_plane.c it does seem a bit off.

Oh well, I guess the intel_ prefix for these two is fine for the time
being.

The scaler code should not be moved. The scaler is shared by both pfit
and planes. It really should be moved to a totally new file (atm it's
semi-randomly split between intel_display.c and intel_atomic.c).
