I think, since linux 5.9 where a fork is no longer setting up COW on
pinned pages, and we do in fact still pin pages, I think this fence wait
should be removed, together with the PF_EXIT special case, as it does
not improve on anything but creates hangs that only hangcheck / watchdog
can resolve. If we, in future work no longer pin the pages, which is the
direction we're moving towards, let's re-add it when needed.

lock protect the object state and only take the driver-wide notifier
lock in execbuf / userptr_invalidate. If we in addition use an rwlock as
