Same issue as https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/drm/xe/kernel/-/issues/975
although on PVC instead of DG2 this time.  In general we've been having
occasional use-after-free type failures in preempt_rebind_work_func for
quite a while.

Applied to drm-xe-next.  Thanks for the patch.
