IMO better to expose all such residencies under a debugfs called dgfx_pkgc_residencies 
CC @Vivi, Rodrigo for naming suggestion. 
Context: This is similar to cpu PC8~PC10 residencies. i.e  /sys/kernel/debug/pmc_core/package_cstate_show
