Dynamic color-palettes means that you can set each color during
runtime. There are some rather odd term-controls (I think via CSIs)
that support that, but I never bothered implementing them. Patches are
welcome!

I don't think changing the default colors has any priority. If you
disagree, try to convince me. I am always open for discussions. But
please note that I have higher priority tasks than improving the
eye-candy'ness of kmscon / libtsm, sorry.
