[LDTP-Dev] Ldtp was OK? but now is KO

I got, and installed CobrawinLDTP to another computer and every thing works.
So Windows Seven 32 bits is OK. 

On my "old"  OS Windows Seven 64 bits is KO. So what happens on this
computer ? Configuration modification ? Is it a .NET bug ?
