libbsd 0.5.1 causing segfault in FreeIPA

It looks like libbsd-0.5.2 is still causing problems with setproctitle
on Fedora 19, this time with claws-mail by way of libnss.  This may be
due to the use of _dl_open() to load libnss_wins.so.2.  I haven't had
time to dig into this any further.  I'm tempted to simply make
setproctitle do nothing.

I've created a new bug, #66679, which has a link to the Fedora bug,
#981799.  The latter has some possibly useful attachments including a
backtrace.
