libbsd 0.5.1 causing segfault in FreeIPA

Yes, this was reported some weeks ago, and I was planning [0] to do a
quick release to try to mitigate this, but unfortunately got pulled
away by real life events. I'm now working on the a release which
should hopefully happen already today. And sorry about the delay!
