I have my mimo 710 working on Ubuntu 8.10 using parallels. However, I
am trying to get it working on my beagleboard (arm) and I can't get past
the green screen. Anytime I send data to the monitor it goes gray or
garbage... I did get it to turn blue by typing "clear" after using
con2fbmap.

I've tried ubuntu 9.04, 8.04 (mojo), and angstrom

Here is my current log after plugin:

ubuntu at localhost:~$ sudo dmesg -c

ubuntu at localhost:~$ cat /proc/fb

ubuntu at localhost:~$ con2fbmap 3 3

I have the green screen at this point. However, after ctr-alt-F3 I get
a black/grey screen. (same as if I tried to start gdm). Note: with
con2fbmap I am able able to log in and make the screen change with
commands like top and clear but still just garbage or solid colors.

Any ideas?

Thanks for all your work on this project.
