Hi!

Here <http://www.magicbooks.org/displaylink/tubecable_0.1.3.tar.gz> are my
proposed changes for (you guessed) Version 0.1.3

Changed:
Renamed .c to .cpp (lib uses features from c++ and some compilers choose by
looking at the file suffix).
Re-Wrote the Makefile. It works now with GNU Make as well as BSD Make (i use
FreeBSD 7)
Added support for the Kensington DVI adapter.

Tested on a Soekris Net5501 with current FreeBSD (7.x) amd libusb from
package-System. Makefile tested with make (BSD make) and gmake (GNU make).
Adapter: Kensington DVI.

When scrolling, the part that scrolls up isn't supposed to be noisy junk, is
it?

Only other catch so far: Demo needs to be run with root privileges,
otherwise it doesn't find the USB device, but i suppose that's how libusb
should work.

LLAP & LG
Rene
