[Libdlo] Some questions about libdlo

Hello everyone,

first of all, thanks for releasing this library, which is definitely a 
step in the right direction. However, I have some questions about the 
design decisions behind this library.

- Why are the modesetting register sequences still encrypted/obfuscated?
- What about the compression? There's no need to actually build this into
   the library, it would be completely sufficient to release just the
   Huffman table format.
- and last question: why were no specs released?
