[Libdlo] xf86 displaylink on ARM openmoko

Hi Luke (and Phil),

Yea, it does seem that's it.  Expecting to resolve endian issues in
the next drop of udlfb (which will be 0.4.1).

Note also that Jaya's driver (displaylinkfb) is endian friendly also.
