[Libdlo] xf86 displaylink on ARM openmoko

hiya bernie,

as you know i lent the UD-160-A to phil hands, because he has an
openmoko.  he managed to get a kernel compile, and from there was able
to compile displaylink kernel mod.

unfortunately the screen goes "blue" not "green", which ties in with
the "make test" on libdlo showing a lovely pink logo at the end.

then it all hangs and does nothing if you run X.  echo
sdjkdfasjfhsdjkfsadjfkasdhfkjasdhlf > /dev/fb1 _also_ hangs.

phil suspects endian-ness somewhere.  "make test" in libdlo showed
lots and lots of successful blats-on-screen, apart from the colour
issues.
