[Libdlo] iMo 10" Monster

I got this monitor today:

I plugged it in, and the touchscreen was registered OK, but not the
DisplayLink part.  Instead it came up as a CD-ROM device.  I scratched
my head a bit until I realised that it's a multi-device thingie.

So to get it to work under Linux, I did the following (on Debian
Squeeze): 

# apt-get install usb-modeswitch
# usb_modeswitch -v 0x17e9 -p 0x0288 -u 1

(I used "lsusb -v" to find the idVendor and idProduct hex numbers.)

Then udlfb discovered the device -- it went green, and it was trivial to
start an X server on it.  Works perfectly.

I just thought I'd describe how to get it working for the next person
who has problems...
