Hi Akshay,
unfortunately I don't have a Fedora 12 system handy to try and reproduce your
problem. Best thing you can do is to file those two issues (EE FBDEV error and
the crash) in Fedora's bugzilla and post the bug numbers here so they don't get
lost.
