[Libdlo] Mimo 710 in Ubuntu

I am trying to set up my Mimo 710 usb monitor in ubuntu. I ran the install
and the make tests were able to "draw" on my screen, but the device still
does not show up as a monitor that i can configure like my other screens.
Any ideas about next steps?
