Hi Alexander,

Thank you for finding both the problem and solution on this!  In terms
of reporting this 100% CPU issue back to the right people, the
xorg-dev mailing list would be a good place.  And it might have the
side benefit of making people more aware of what's happening with the
USB terminal scenario.
