Me too!  I just received one of those from a friendly user with the
exact same problem.  So I am now able to reproduce it myself.  Will see
what I can do about it.

Fot later documetation, the E3372 I got reports:
            Firmware info: '22.200.05.00.07'
            Hardware info: 'CL2E3372HM'
