Please give me by GPL v2 this Linux 2.6.30-kernel source code including SDK from the Vendor you are using as your are supposed. If not, you are violating GNU Public License.
You are using some Realtek 8196C-chipset. So talk more about this SDK than the 2.6.30 generic kernel.
Remember to include ALL GPL-code in the package, please or else me and FSF will sue you badly!
