Reg Linux Kernel Support for Vodafone dongle K4305

What are you talking about?  They are bringing up a new dongle, and
said they were having trouble finding out about Linux drivers.  They
are presumably therefore not yet *shipping* a driver, so you can't
possibly have received a binary copy of the drivers for which you can
request source under the GPL.

If you're talking about an unrelated product, please don't hijack
threads on developer mailing lists to make legal requests of
companies.  A private e-mail would be preferable.
