NAT is done at least twice:

192.168.0.144 (RFC1918) private adresses 

this is NATed by the device


its wwan-adress is 100.64.238.123 (RFC 6598) "Shared Address Space"

this address is NATed again by the ISP

The target (e.g whatismyip.com) will show you "your" public-IP-address.

NAT is evil, large-scale NAT is evil too and both together is ....
