modem network drop to 3G from LTE, but can't back to LTE network

On my test machines, I plugin three MC7354 modem and the details s below:
Slot 1: MC7354 - 1102225: VZW Sim, Firmware: 05.05.16.03
Slot 2: MC7354 - 1102016: T-MOBILE SIM Firmware: 05.05.16.02
Slot 3: MC7354 - 1102016: ATnT Sim Firmware: 05.05.16.02
They work on LTE at the beginning, after run 12 hours, the slot 2 modem will drop to UMTS and always can't back to LTE mode.
For the modem in slot 2, the output which you mention as below, it work on UMTS now.
