Hey,

Digging into the Sierra GobiNet I saw this DMS 0x555F command being
used for those devices flagged as 9x15 in the driver:

Set FCC authentication
01 0C 00 00 02 1B 00 01 00 5F 55 00 00
Response
01 13 00 80 02 1B 02 01 00 5F 55 07 00 02 04 00 01 00 1A 00

The modem (a MC7354 here) returns an error TLV, which translates to
Error Status FAILURE (0x0001) and Error Code
QMI_PROTOCOL_ERROR_NO_EFFECT (0x001A).

Any idea what this is about?
