Are you using the CWID / WebUI interface (I am pretty sure you are)??? Then I guess you are on your own.

You should use tcpdump or wireshark to disinsect the ARP packets and look in the kernel ARP-code for what is going wrong.

Try an earlier kernel and see what happens (or check the git changelog for neigh.c et. al).
