Dosen't work on qualcomm 9x40 modems

Hi,

I can use libqmi on qualcomm 9x25 correctly, but not work when it comes to qualcomm 9x40 modem. And the driver seems work well. Additionally, I found that no data can be received on /dev/cdc-wdm0. So the qmicli return an error like this:
error: couldn't get service version info: Transaction timed out
