qmicli command to kill a connection indiscriminately?

Ah, okay. It seems not to matter much which 'other' command I add. This
took the connection down instantly:

```
$ sudo ~/bin/qmicli -p -d /dev/cdc-wdm0 --device-open-sync
--dms-get-operating-mode
[/dev/cdc-wdm0] Operating mode retrieved:
        Mode: 'online'
        HW restricted: 'no'
```

Worked like a charm, thanks!
