I've pushed some additional patches to make these 3 options totally
optional; i.e. the firmware version, config version and carrier will
be automatically detected by parsing the CWE files. I also added
several additional checks in this regard, so that if you try to match
an incorrect pair of .cwe and .nvu on the same download you'll get an
error (which can be ignored with --force).
