Integrating the mobile-radio-monitor app in libqmi sources?

Hey,

I wrote the mobile-radio-monitor quite some years ago; it's basically
a GTK+ app that uses plain libqmi (with qmi-proxy) to monitor signal
and power information from QMI modems:

I was thinking in integrating these sources into libqmi itself, as an
optional build item, same as qmi-firmware-update. Maybe renamed as
"qmi-radio-monitor".

How about that?
