[PATCH] Added UIM read record function

Sorry if I use this thread, but I'm trying to replace any AT+CRSM call with
a QMI one, and I saw that there are QMI READ TRANSPARENT and this QMI READ
RECORD for AT+CRSM codes 176 and 178 (read binary and read record), but
what about +CRSM codes 192 (get response) and 242 (STATUS)? I could not
find any similarity in QMI protocol so far
