Please note that all the service definitions mention LOC version 1.0.
Personally I have only tested them with a LOC 2.0 device and I have no insights
into the differences between 1.0 and 2.0.
Somebody with a LOC 1.0 device should probably also test it.
(Also the first libqmi version they appeared in is set to 1.20, as I don't know
for sure in which final version these patches will end up)
