Upgrading EM7590

Hi,

I see that for newer Sierra Wireless modems, such as the EM7590, that they
upgrade firmware with a different tool, FDTL, would this modem or others
using FDTL still upgrade with qmi-firmware-update, or would it need to be
modified?
