As you highlighted, FN990 and LN920 can support multiple MNO
configurations with a single modem image, so #FWSWITCH is the correct
way to change operators' configuration.
There are related QMI requests (e.g. QMI_GMS_DMS_SET_FWSWITCH,
QMI_GMS_DMS_GET_FWSWITCH...), but not yet available in libqmi.
