Ah sorry, I confused that error with internal-call-already-present.
The interface-in-use-cfg-match, according to QC docs, is returned when
the interface is already in use with a matching configuration
(whatever it means...).
Anyway, my advice does not change, since I think this should be
investigated on the modem side.
