Indeed, yes, we have started to not do tarball releases and instead
use signed git tags as "the release". If you want a specific version,
you can git clone the repo and look for the specific git tag
associated with it, see
https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/mobile-broadband/libqmi/-/tags
