libqmi 1.32 source codes

Thanks Aleksander and Martin! (and Thomas)
I was able to obtain the released source code for 1.32.2.
As a follow up question, where can I find the build instructions for this version (and maybe under aarch64). it’s changed to meson build. Knowing little about meson build, I would really appreciate any help.

Indeed, yes, we have started to not do tarball releases and instead
use signed git tags as "the release". If you want a specific version,
you can git clone the repo and look for the specific git tag
associated with it, see
