My suggestion is to hold that meeting during a Saturday, at the time that
best suit as many time zones as possible.
>From California to Singapore we have 15 hours.
If there’s no error, this means that when it’s 8 o’clock (AM) in
California, it’s 11 in Montreal, 12 in Rio de Janeiro, 15 GMT, 17 CET and
23 in Singapore.
Discussion meeting
Proposed date : JULY 18
Proposed time : 15:00 GMT
Follow-up with each team
Proposed date : JULY 25
Proposed time : N/A
Note: Our questions for precisions or anything that we come across during
the discussion meeting are sent to each team on that date. The week delay
is a buffer, to let us summarize the discussion and put together our
comments and questions in a more readable manner.
Period for teams to review their proposal:
Proposed period JULY 25 - SEPT 5.
Note: Exchanges, questions, etc. can occur freely during this period. We
are there to help the teams.
Deadline for final proposal
Proposed date: SEPT 5
Proposed time: N/A
The proposals must arrive to us by that date. Considering time zones, no
specific time.
Links to proposals available to LGM organization on SEPT 6. Email sent on
the libre-graphics-meeting-org list.
Decision meeting
Proposed date : SEPT 19
Proposed time : 15:00 GMT
On Monday SEPT 21, we send a press release, etc.
How does that sound?
