[LGM] ideas for the LGM 2014

My memory is that we had tentatively decided on Montreal in 2014, partly
for the reasons stated by Louis. Perhaps we can get ourselves on
Google's radar screen for some financial help!

What we need to decide this year is a tentative site for 2015 (as well
as verify Montreal for 2014).
