[LGM] crossposting

i'd like to ask you to suggest two basic rules:


do not send emails to the LGM list and to most of the people on this 
same list.

if you're not sure if a person is on the list, just go to 
http://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libre-graphics-meeting and 
have a look at the members list.

if you think that somebody should be on the list and is not, just get in 
touch with her / him and ask him / her to join.

of course it's also fine to unsubscribe when you've lost your interest 
in the LGM or can't keep up with the emails :-)


of course (2), single CC:s to persons who may be interested in single 
posts are fine... but they won't be able to post to the list until they 
have registered.



my second suggestion: please, refrain from sending your mails to both 
the LGM and the Create mailing lists. everybody who is in here should 
also be on the create list.

crossposting will lead to some people getting duplicated emails and 
others being able to read only part of the replies.

so, if you're on this list, please make sure that you're also registered 
to the create list 
(http://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/create) for the more 
general information (it is a -- mostly -- low traffic list... and you 
can always ignore the mails that are not interesting for you!)
