Hi Mario,

Could it be possible for you to ask Carol about the funding to see if it
would be at all possible to finance within the allowed budget the full trip
for those 2 students. I know the overall admin calculation was $500 per
person with a maximum of 4000 USD but if we are within limits would it be
possible, considering the distance, the cost and the financial situation of
those students, to have, for instance 1000 USD per student (I am only
guessing the numbers) so in the end it would turn out to be 2K out of 4K
available.

I am encline to think it's something Carol would consider as long as we ask
her and as long as what we ask fits her overall budget.

Please let us know. I you need anything else before you discuss this,
please let me know as well.

Thanks!

Louis
