All of that sounds like a really good idea. I would have thought that the
marketing team [0] should do that, but since I haven't seen anything from them
so far maybe others should add themselves to that team and start working on
it? Probably together with the content team since they have to pick the talks
or workshops that are candidates for early announcement.
Wouldn't it be time for another IRC meeting, possibly before CFP deadline, to
give an update on where we are and how things are going?
