Hi Ale and welcome on the list!
OWANCS is a joke! :-) I was talking about myself, to mention what I would
need as an organisator. Here the quote:

I am not a programmer! :-)
I’ve heard of Drupal and I believe it’s a very efficient and open sourced
solution.
