[LGM] ranking LGM locations 2015 + 2016

Hi all,

The deadline for locations 2015 + 2016 has passed !

Just added up all the scores,
and here is the top three:

1: Toronto 2015 + London 2016 : 51 points
2: Phnom Penh 2015 + London 2016 : 34 points
3: Montreal 2015 + London 2016 : 28 points

Out of the list of 27 people, 26 have taken part in the ranking 
procedure. Many thanks to you all !

Do you agree that we have a decision that LGM will take place in 2015 in 
Toronto and in 2016 in London ?

I propose:
One day of delay, in which severe objections and serious reasons to 
reconsider the definitive ranking can be emailed to me or to the LGM 
mailing list.

And if by tomorrow, Tuesday 6 may; 18.00 UTC, 19.00 BST, 20.00 CEST, EDT 
14:00, no significant showstoppers have emerged,
I write an email to Create and we publish the locations on the LGM website.
