[LGM] LGM 2015 Reimbursement Form online

Good Morning Louis,

If I understand correctly, you are asking me to provide information about
my LGM2014 trip again but using a form meant for LGM2015?
Perhaps there is a misconception somewhere.  I still have the information
but I'm just wondering if I'm reading you well
