[LGM] The LGM logo animation from this year

Not using the flashy bits really, and I'm planning to mix it with other
footage to make it even less flashy...

I'll also cut the flashy that was projected in one of the talks by 50% by
decreasing the contrast, and will add a warning to the beginning just in
case for that talk.
