I don’t know where that interpretation comes from. Not anything we have
been discussing — or I was not aware of that discussion. Since I am the one
responsible for the reimbursements, I guess I should know, or I should to
the least have been notified that the rules had changed — in the case I
could not participate in the discussion.

The rule has always been what has been written for years in the websites.

It’s crystal clear. We have been working on this text with a couple people
to straighten it over the time. This looks like a solid piece to me.

We can discuss, of course. But I think that we’d need a solid argument to
open this thread again.
