since all of milano,  saarbrücke and bruxelles (femke is asking) are in
the same time zone, i guess that the discussion relates to the european
summer time.

currently, we're still in the process of finding one or more slots we
can propose...
when the time will be set, we will add the timezone information,
and that the whole word will know when to join :-)
