[LGM] very late (too late?) talk proposal

That's a possibility. I need to make sure my other tasks are done first
before returning to my own presentation materials.
Some folks on the dev mailing lists were considering special releases for
LGM so we can get some more content for the State of Libre Graphics videos.
I want to encourage that as much as possible. :)
